1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the wc333 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a guest browsing the site, or through any associated mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its provisions, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the wc333 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by wc333 subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, card game, slot, or sports betting market offered on the platform.
• "Platform" means the wc333 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency accepted on the platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on wc333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wc333 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request identity documentation to verify your age upon registration or at any time thereafter.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a wc333 employee or partner organisation.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each person may only maintain one (1) Account on the wc333 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. wc333 reserves the right to verify your identity at registration and at any subsequent point, and to suspend your Account pending the completion of such verification.

4 Account Management

You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. You must not share these credentials with any other person. wc333 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify wc333 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wc333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices or notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

You are required to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, contact details, or payment method must be reported to our support team. wc333 may require you to re-verify your identity following any significant Account change.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

wc333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT TRC20. Supported payment channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. All payment methods used must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. wc333 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice based on your account verification status, transaction history, or risk assessment.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is approved. wc333 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15–30 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

wc333 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, wc333 may be required to retain funds and report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wc333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed identity verification.
• Each eligible player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (Wagering Requirement) before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on wc333 are subject to specific game rules, which are accessible within each individual game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

All wc333 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by wc333's trading team and are subject to change up until the event commences. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

wc333 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, manipulation, or where settlement is based on incorrect information. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wc333 platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Using the platform for money-laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing platform use.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or any part of the platform's back-end systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward wc333 staff or other players.

wc333 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is identified. Verified instances of any of the above will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances, without the right of appeal.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wc333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of wc333 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any platform content without the prior written consent of wc333.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc333 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures.

wc333 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. wc333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this clause shall limit wc333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

wc333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. wc333 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

wc333 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to take regular breaks from gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.

13 Suspension & Termination

wc333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is terminated by wc333 due to a proven breach of these Terms, wc333 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account, including any deposits, pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

14 Amendments

wc333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wc333 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or registered email address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the platform.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which wc333 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through wc333's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified by the applicable licensing authority.

wc333 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of that licensing jurisdiction, including requirements relating to player protection, fair play, and anti-money-laundering obligations.
